Hi, my name is Brandy Frayn and I would like to introduce myself to you and tell you about myself. I am married to my best friend and I am the mother to 3 amazing children. We live on an acreage in beautiful southern Alberta.

Like most of you, I struggled with weight gains mostly due to my pregnancies but also in large part because of the busy lifestyle that comes with being a mom. I had always been into fitness and healthy eating growing up but as marriage and babies increased the toll on my available free time it became more and more difficult to keep up the health and fitness. A couple of years ago I decided to get back into personal training but knew that in order for me to be able to confidently pass my knowledge to my clients I also had to be a visual example of what can be achieved with hard work and dedication. I also understood far too well that the time for oneself is easier said than done.

Firstly it starts with a lifestyle change where eating habits have to be a priority. Health is wealth as they say and what good are we to our families and friends if we allow our health to deteriorate on the excuse that we just don't have time. Healthy doesn't have to mean gross and it's easy to integrate foods that the whole family can enjoy which doesn't lead to the added work of having to feed the family one dinner while making yourself something different. Secondly, we need to make the commitment to work our bodies out in a fashion that not only sheds weight/ inches or gains muscle mass but also increases healthy blood flow that benefits our brain, heart, and all other vital organs. Our bones, joints, and ligaments will all be thankful and we will quickly feel their appreciation by noticing how much better our body feels as a whole.

It's that feeling that I love to be a part of. I have built my personal clientele list up over the last few years and continue to add to it although I do have a fairly loyal group which doesn't allow for many turnovers. I also run large group boot camps on a couple of evenings during the week where we all get to work out as well as enjoy that much-needed getaway time. I take personal pride in seeing all my clients achieve results. Although this is a business for me, it's watching people achieve their goals that really makes it worthwhile for me.

So in saying all that I am looking to broaden my own as well as my family's horizons. I suppose at the end of the day that's probably what brought us together here. I have branched my training programs out to this community! I can’t thank Kim enough for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this amazing adventure and look forward to sharing my knowledge with all of you.
